Getting the Family to Athens

Jeanette was getting the itch to travel again, and we felt Jenna was just old enough to try it, so she booked a 3 month trip through Boundless Life to Syros, Greece. This is Jenna’s first international trip, and the third time for both Isaac and Lydia to leave the country. We got a pretty good deal on the flights with one layover in DC. We were unimpressed with United though in regards to their handling of the Lap infant Jeanette forgot to add until the morning of. They charged us nearly $400 for her, and we could have just bought another seat for her for around $50 more.

The Long flight started off good with each of the kids having their own screens, but they were not happy when we landed at what felt like the middle of the night for them.

Jenna has learned to pose when a camera is pointing at her, so expect her to tilt her head to the side for most photos. We don’t know where she picked it up from.
Socrates’ Prison had a very greenspace around it with a lot of trails. Jenna almost got all the way under the bars before I caught her.
This little pasta shop in Athens was really good and started the obsession with getting carbonara. Jeanette made the mistake of telling an Italian that it was the best pasta she’s had.
